How to Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- A photo if the item is damaged
We'll respond within 24–48 hours

Ship it back & get your refund
Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund right away.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us at support@taqdir.net within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed!
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If we made a mistake with your order, we cover everything — no cost to you.
